General Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted to info@footballgovernance.com and include your ticket reference and reason for cancellation.

Timeframes

Refund eligibility may depend on the time between purchase and event start. Administrative fees may apply for early cancellations.

Force Majeure and Event Changes

If the event is cancelled or materially changed, we will contact ticket holders with options (refund, transfer, or credit). Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
